I would but my bathroom cause a flood downstairs and my landlady refuses to fix that problem. I also notice I'm missing my garden wall... gonk

Nope. I'd be kicked out for calling someone. It's a breach of my contract I made. Ugh...I just had a shower and my ceiling is pealing.

I can repair it myself but that requires a thirty minute bus ride to the DIY store and thirty minutes back looking like a builder. I'm in the UK and public transport is expensive and also a pain in the butt.
