A scattered dream that's like a far-off memory...

After FINALLY getting back together with my girlfriend, she tells me she met someone else, and not to expect any special kind of conversation for a while... again! I mean, have I not shown her that out of everyone she has ever known, I will NEVER betray her, never abandon her, and never hate or stop loving her! Yes, it's a long distance relationship if you must know, but still! This has kind of been going on for almost a year now!!! What is it that I am not doing!?!?

well, some people just don't get enough from long distance relationships. it's not similar at all to a relationship with someone you can see and talk to in person.
perhaps she is getting tired of that kind of thing. It's also more difficult for some people to actually believe those kinds of things without actually experiencing it in person. I know that I have a bit of a problem with long distance relationships. I used to do it a lot but it's just not the same for me and I can't really put myself into one completely.

It's more than likely not something YOU are not doing but more things going on in her own head.
This doesn't make it your fault and it honestly is probably not something you personally can change.
It may be time to take a page out of her book take some time to heal and move on with yourself and your own life you know?
Sometimes letting something or someone go is the best thing you can do for yourself.

I understand what you're saying, but here's a bit of our history together. One time, I had "jokingly" set my status to, "I wonder what her ring size is?" And then she texts me later, excited, saying how she just saw my status, and one thing led to another, and she told me her ring size. Meaning, I had Truthfully, proposed to her, and she said yes. This, however only lasted a few days, but that should say something!

I did, at one point, try to move on, but I couldn't. I still loved her, and still wanted only to be loved by her. I seriously tried moving on, but it just wouldn't happen.

Love takes a long time to let go of Wolf.
Letting go can take more than a few weeks, a month sometimes in some cases even a year.
The best thing you can do is surround yourself with people to support you whether literally or figuratively and carry on as normally as possibly
and eventually you may find you wake up and things have just changed

Yes... I suppose that is so. But just one problem. I live in such a small town, filled with kids(13 and under) and grown men and women(age 40 and up), that there is like NO ONE to hang out with! sweatdrop I am like my own Minority here!
