What am I ranting about?
College students that can't read over a 5th grade level...
It might be a memphis thing but...

COME THE EFF ON PEOPLE!!
Oi...I don't know if it's because I'm in community college or what...and truth be told I am probably one of the worst people to ask how to spell something...BUT FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS GOOD AND HOLY you ended up in college for a reason...KNOW HOW TO USE CORRECT ENGLISH FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!
I swear...If I'm in class with one more ding-dong that can't read "The War Prayer" without asking how to pronounce 'consciousness'...I AM GOING TO SCREAM!!

By the end of 4th grade( that is probably going to get old since I'm well passed itty bitty 4th grade but oh well)I was reading at a 12th grade level, of course I'm reading above that now since I'm older but still I'm very smart for my age. It's usually because I'm very observant and I have a good memory, I remember the layout of a store I used to go to with my mother when I was two, my parents were amazed. It's normal for me to get A's and such while my sister has learning disabilities, since she is always compared to me she wants to go into therapy..... I never knew being smart was bad..... cry
