day 33theme: door time: ~3 hrs larger image: comments:another possibly spooky piece, so, spoilers it's like an anglerfish, i didn't want to draw fish eyes though, lmao i wasn't entirely sure how to make the dark parts of the pic look plain so i tried to add some textures and colour variations in there, but i don't think those came out very well

day 34theme: cyberpunk time: ~1 hr  larger image: comments:i really enjoy this game but that also meant i wasn't sure where i should go with the theme since there are a ton of cool characters and locations haha, ultimately i'm trying to broaden my horizons lately and i don't do a lot of landscapes/scenes/backgrounds, so i tried to study that from the screenshot i found

day 35theme: no theme time: 3+ hrs  larger image: comments:the timing of these pics is getting confusing because i'm always up late this page i worked on after the the 'door' theme, but i started before midnight and ended after, so it's almost like it counts for both days? since that would be confusing i'm submitting it as an extra sketch on top of today's theme, it's mostly from imagination, except for the hand in the upper right, which was referenced lmao

day 36theme: no theme time: 3-4 hrs  larger image: comments:no theme again, just some sketches i struggle with realism but it's something i want to work on, i decided on a whim to draw johnny/keanu in cyberpunk due to yesterday's theme. i think it actually looks a bit like him! (ofc it's still not a pic from real life, but i think due to the realistic graphics, it kind of counts...his forehead is looking strange to me though even after some last minute use of the liquefy tool )

day 38theme: lion (from day 9) time: 45 mins  larger image: comments:i got a little sidetracked. i saved lists of previous days' themes that i missed, and mistook one of those for today's theme i'm not that familiar with drawing animals or anthros so it's been good practice in the last couple of days. i know it's not like i can master every art style or draw everything super well, but thinking about trying different things, and all the subjects or aspects of art that i want to get better at, really is very distracting...so, anyway i tried something here (i guess the issue is i keep trying newer things instead of focusing on studying one thing for a longer time... )

day 40theme: no theme time: ~1.5 hrs  larger image: comments:i do a lot of things on the same canvas, just on different layers, so i'm not sure how long this took since i was either really zoned out, or zoned in i've been annoyed that drawing has felt really stiff and unnatural lately so i just went for it on this one, still unsure if i finally managed to loosen up or not though
